Default Smoked Turkey (with pron)

I brined for 48+ hours, rinsed the night before and let sit in the fridge. Got up at 6am and started the cooker. I placed the turkey into the cooker about 6:30 or so.

Cooked with apple wood smoke at 250-325 until 10:00. Then raised it to 350. At 12:00pm it was done.
