If you haven't come across this recipe I suggest you give it a try sometime. It's Dr. BBQ's Chicago Italian Beef. This is a great time of year for it. I never of Italian Beef till I saw Dr. BBQ on Food Network. I made some earlier this week and just had a sandwich. No pron, and I cooked it in the oven, but let me tell you it is too good not to share.

It's a 2 day process, but easy and so worth it! I alwasy double the recipe (at least) cause this stuff doesn't last long at our house.
