Was that BBQed or ovened?

Looks like that was an oven job considering the color of the sheet pan changed in the two pics!

Still looks nice.

Nope, cooked on the grill. Used the pan for transportation

You had me at bacon.

Nice looking chicken.

No part of a potato is inedible, including the skin, which is the best part. Rub with a little EVO, sprinkly with salt and pepper, wrap in foil and back on the grill. Remove the foil then grill till extra crispy.
