Went bling and got the SS cajun bandit access door and grommets for the probes. Going out of town tomorrow so cooking pron will have to wait!

Assembled mine on Sunday afternoon.. The SS door fit perfectly. Planning to get it going this weekend. Need to get some more charcoal (and meat !)
