Cold smoking in UDS
Anybody got any info on the homemade cold smoke generators that are made with a small length of two inch steel tube? A homemade sort of smokedaddy?
Some body posted a really cool one some months back and I cant find it. It is the tube mounted on the side of the smoking chamber with smoldering wood dust in it. I want to hook up a cold smoke source to one of the intakes on the UDS. I like cold smoking when it gets really cold. To hard to hit the temps in summer.

It may have been SmokerKing. You might search for him. Personally, I just light a few briqs of KB and then throw on a small piece of wood. Temps stay down and I can smoke cheese or anything else just fine.
