Default Should I freeze my fresh thawed Turkey?

My wife picked up a Foster farms fresh thawed Turkey at Costco today (Thursday) but there are still seven more days till Thanksgiving and I'm wondering if it will be OK to keep refrigerated until then or should I freeze it for a few days and thaw again. What would you do? BTW it appears that the turkey is completely natural with no enhancements so I plan to brine it with seasonings.

When sold as fresh that indicates that it has never been frozen. To do so defeats one of the reasons to buy fresh. I think if your fridge i's cold and you don't open the door too often you should be good. Keith

If you have a thermometer it might not hurt to stick it in there so you can monitor the actual temp and might not hurt to turn the temp control down a little to be safe.

Fresh turkeys are chilled only and are probably kept this way for more than a week.
Like mobow said... keep it cold and all should be well! Any funky order will tell you otherwise!

I just checked the Foster Farms site and it says that it will keep @40 in the unopened package until the use or freeze by date which in my case is Dec 2nd, so I guess I will have no problem.

Thawed implies that it was once frozen, so I wouldn't refreeze it without cooking it first.
