How do you feel about the klose compared to the lang?
Are temps(end to end) about the same as the reverse flow langs?
Is there a big difference in fire size for the different smokers?
Since you own both smokers, it would be nice to see what your opinions are on them.

Both the Lang and the Klose are well made stickburners with heavy metal and quality throughout.

Each has their own 'personality' with different configurations and sizes.
The Lang 84 Kitchen - for its large capacity, small footprint and transportability.
The Klose for backyard versatility.

Both smokers utilize the steel as a radiating heat source -
Lang uses the R/F baffle, the Klose BYC has a 1/2" firebox.

If it was a MMA fight -technically a draw.
Either one is a winner by itself... can't go wrong.

Well done Bob.
Good to see the smoker in action at it's new home.
Great technique with the biscuit test; that was one of the first tricks I remember learning way back in the day on this forum.
Enjoy.
