Looks great! The only thing better than smoked turkey is the soup you get to make afterwards. Smoked turkey soup is like nectar from the Gods.

I agree Marty doing a turkey is about the only time I put a drip pan in the cooker to catch everything that falls off for awesome gravy or soup.
