I am thinking about getting into the commercial end of BBq

Well its as stated in the title. I am considering Mike Mills class and just wondered if anyone else has done it and if so did it help you?

Do you have a link to his class? I tried to find it over the weekend and could not. All I could find is site info for booking him as a consultant.

A good friend of mine took Mikes class this last spring. He has a BBQ place in central IL. He said the class is worth much more than the cost, totally opened his eyes. I dont have his e-mail address handy but if you go to his website his contact info is there. He loves to talk about his time at the class. Shoot him an e-mail.
