Got a 10 lb brisket flat on now and 3 racks of spares going on in a few hours. Cooking for the Freeze Your Little Piggies Off BBQ competition pot luck this evening. Comp is tomorrow. By the way, it's snowing here in Northern Utah. Looks like the Utah BBQ Organization named this comp right, eh?

SIL is coming in from TX, so I am grilling a TriTip for her on Sunday.
Thing has been taking up room in the freezer for too long.

Gonna do RibEye for me.

Testing a new rub on a fatty today, and test smoking a turkey Sunday so I'm ready for the real thing on thanksgiving. Never smoked a turkey before, wish me luck.

Headed to the boat where I only have a gasser. Ribeye's and baked potatoes will have to do.
