Rats got into my attic and chewed the wires on my Bass-O-Matic. Lucky for me, I have a whole week to come up with a plan B. I need to channel my inner Billy Mays (RIP).

I don't get it. It seems that what we have here is a failure to communicate. What, exactly, are you trying to say?

That wasn't water, hence the burning

My entry for the As Seen on TV throwdown.

If you saw the final episode of "Best in Smoke", you saw Chris Lilly's Big Bob Gibson's pork shoulder.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzYUl...ilpage#t=2207s At the point Chris serves the pork shoulder.

So that is what I did.

The Rub

The Injection

The Mop Sauce

The Pork

All rubbed up and injected

In the smoker raw

In the smoker cooked

Ready to pull...I mean smash

Blade bone sliding clean out

SMASH part 1

SMASH part 2 (steamy)

more smashing

Done smashing

Chopping up (same way Chris does it)

Served on bread and drizzled with Chris' Memphis Red sauce with fries, beans with some of this pork in it, a roll and suds.

Final look. TD Money Shot!

Thanks for looking. Hope you weren't hungry when you saw this!

FANTASTIC entry! I like how you documented the cook and prep process, too.
