the crabcakes are....

one pound lump crabmeat
eight crumbled saltine crackers
.5 tbs stone ground mustard
one whisked egg
old bay seasoning
pepper

I didnt do much Ron. Sautéed the crab cakes in butter, flipping only once. Cooked the chicken direct, raised grid at 375. Seasoned with sm pecan rub, sm apple rub and dizzy pig shakin the tree.

Try putting the crab cakes in some smoke for about 15 minutes before pan frying. It will take them to the next level.
