Come join us in Florien on November 4-5, 2011 for the BBQ cookoff championship at the Sabine Freestate Festival! Entry fee is $40/category or a discounted $150 for all 4 meats.(All 4 meat categories must be cooked in to be considered for Grand Champion) "Hot Mama" beans($15) and Best Tastin' chili ($20) will also be judged, with 100% payback for these categories!
