I made some minor tweaks to our NEW Hot Wing Rub and whipped up some wings to test it out. We are getting super close so production is in the very near future. I also marinated (based off one of MOOSE'S posts) some beef kabobs in greek yougurt, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and The Rub Co. COMPETITION STYLE rub for 24 hours. FARK!!! THIS MARINADE IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!! Enjoy the pron!

Non fat doesnt matter, thats just what they had. The greek yougurt is thick and makes a super good marinade paste! Really sticks to the meat!

Oh yeah, I put a bunch of minced garlic in the marinade too.

Sure it does! Just joshing as I'll get it too if it's the only thing available. I hate draining regular yogurt and it just doesn't taste the same. I'm definitely doing that marinade.

That looks fantastic! We will so have to try the greek yogurt marinade. On the wings, you just put dry rub and no oil on them? Did they sit at all or go straight on the grill after the rub? The finished wings look really juicy and killer good, sauced almost. How was the skin?

I usually use oil but ran out making the marinade so the rub went on dry. 20 mins each side indirect the. About 30 seconds per side direct. Turned out perfect! Rub sat on the wings for about 20 mins.

Ah! Forgot to ask. Did you boil/reduce the marinade after the meat was taken out? It would make a great mop while grilling and dipping sauce too I would imagine.
