Default Sacrificial Pork Tenderloin on the Alter of Weber

Cook Like a Bigabyte! Neighbors beware!
Fark! Farkin neighbors. Ran off right before the equinox and I had no holiday meal. Wonder if they saw Wait! Long pork! A butterflied tenderloin should do.

…um, never mind. Still, there must be some kind of astronomical event happening somewhere. Even a farking billiard game by the moons of Jupiter. Ganymede in the side gravity well! Thwack…click…blooooooop*. Sam Hain is just around the corner too. I just hafta sacrifice something.

So I marinated the loin in the Mouthwash Of Death…vinegar, cayenne, salt and lemon slice flavor. Overnight in the fridge. Then butterfly’d and rubbed with Simply Marvelous Cherry then layered with a pineapple/onion/jalapeno chutney I made for the occasion.

Butterflied, added the chutney of death and rubbed with Simply Marvelous Cherry

All tied up. Probably
deserved what was coming.

I had the resident Cherokee help (Well, OK, Make…) a very nice voodoo replica of an unnamed Oakfark denizen corn husk doll.

Final Touches...wait, what's with the long beard?!?

Now to sacrifice on the Alter of Weber

Moved to finish cooking...

Almost done...

Final sear...

resting

Sliced up head and all...

And on a plate with bacon infused green beans and mushrooms.

Farking neighbors probably wouldn't have tasted nearly as good any way.

This post just goes to show...

1. DeGuerre is far more effete than I ever thought.
2. DeGuerre is running an altered Weber, at least it is not A/Gas.
3. All those drugs from the 60's; still working!

Interesting and very Bigabytish

When the unnamed Oakfark denizen corn husk doll was cooking did you feel at all hot or sweaty?

All of which were my suggestions...minus the mustard powder. I could not believe how great this turned out, I was expecting some burnt up crap, and my poor doll which I oh so painstakingly put together....all deguerre could say was "keep sprayin', spray some more", cooking spray that is!

For the record, the dry mustard ruins it. Bigabyte is not pro-dry mustard
