Question Help w/ Burnt Ends

There was a fairly long thread on here a while back with a step by step brisket pron that identified both the point and the flat, then advised about how to make burnt ends. Does anyone remember that post or know where I can find it? I haven't been able to find it on here. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!!!
