Default Pulled Turkey for Thanksgiving

I was thinking of making pulled turkey by using a breast on the smoker. Has anyone ever tried this before and can you recommend any advice?

Sounds great, I've done whole turkeys, I would brine it, and make sure that you don't overcook it.

all my birds go in my brinkmann gourmet charcoal water smoker. the breast squirts juice when you cut it. I would cook whole birds and "pull" the white meat.

I should choose my words carefully after that "pron" thread....
