i've had lechon several times, it's amazing!!

i love the sauce they serve it with too.

we buy the commercial version of the sauce (mang thomas i believe) at the asian grocer

Thanks you for the wonderful memories, I always love that place , those San Miguel sure did bring bak a lot of memories in the early 70-'s it was 15 cents a bottle. thanks again

Salamat po! I travel to Manila a few times a year for work and your pics bring me back to the happiness of Filipino's. I would love a cold San Mig Light or Red Horse right now. Awesome pics from one of the world's nicest countries.

Wow that was some awesome pron! Much props to them for spinning that pig by hand. It does make me happy to be a lazy American with a rotisserie though. Thank you for sharing your family with us and I can't wait to see more of your pictures.

These pictures bring back old memories when I was at Subic Bay and Manila. Did not have a pig roast but did partake of a lot of San Miguel beer. Gave up that sort though as there was no future in it LOL. Thanks for the pictures, I really enjoyed them a lot.
