Default Maybe it is just me.

I have yet to go to a BBQ place, where I thought the food was EXCELLENT. took my wife some place once, and it came close, then went back for lunch one day at work, and was not impressed. Are we just to hard of judges of BBQ joints, because we know/have learned how to make good Que?

I don't think I posted this.

I went to Jimmy's Char House

4 or 5 locations here.

Rotisserie wood smoked ribs and chicken

got the combo.

Baby backs. Wife said, how are they? I said, okay, but let me say, if they had an all you can eat rib night, I'd go home hungry

1/3 rotisserie chicken still had some moistness too it and was pretty good.

Noticed about a cord of hickory in the back.

See they have a few locations, so you NoILFo's might try it.

Next time, I'll go for the steak (at these prices)

There are a few places near me that have excellent ribs but I'd rather cook them at home myself. These are not eat in places though, trailer and big old smoker on an old gas station lot selling "to go" only. I've always foung these places to be the best.
