Default Heading Competition this Weekend!

I am entered in the Bixby Blues and BBQ festival this weekend. It will be my 4th competition to enter so I am still pretty new at all of this. As you all know, it is pretty overwhelming, especially to those of us that compete once or twice a year, to get everything together the week of a competition. Thanks to everyone for their advice and suggestions, especially Jim, and I hope to have a decent showing.

Steve

Screw having fun!

Go with the attitude that you know what you're doing! This is the best farking food that these judges have ever tasted!!

Fun is for farking amateurs!! :D Unless you only signed up for backyard!! :D

Do the absolute best 'que you can produce - THAT'S the fun!! If the judges don't agree - oh well, everyone knows they are *******s! (trust me, I am one!) :D
