Any of you ever use the paper plate method? I have to admit I did a long long time ago. but these guys took it to another level!

It's interesting to hear them saying "BBQ" all the time. Who knew BBQ was one of America's biggest exports?

My dad had that same grill in 1960.

Were they using that RO charcoal everyone was talking about?
