I think all the 20.0000 scores are for teams who didn't turn in in certain categories, or turned in something that was intentionally DQ'd. I suspect those teams were brought in to get the team count to 25 so it is still a Jack qualifier. It's a shame it came to that but with KCBS having the Sam's Club local events up here in the busiest time of year in the Northeast existing contests were bound to get hurt.

They were DQ's. Yes, several teams grew new branches for this comp. One I know of was a late turn in, the others not sure.

Congrat to all who walked. Brian, Ed, and John did a fine job. Fantastic venue and the weather was perfect. Brian offered to store equipment for teams heading to Pittsburgh, so for next year that may tempt more teams.
