Default Stuffed Pork Chops and Acorn Squash

stuffed some boneless chops with apple, onion and walnut. Took Acorn squash halves with butter and fivespice, wrapped them in foil and put them and the chops in the smoker for just over an hour @~300

Looks fantastic. I have some chops and romaine sitting in the fridge right now waiting to be cooked. Just might have to stuff them too.

Very nice!

Try using the same stuffing mixture but add in some crumbled corn bread and then stuff that into acorn squash halves that have been pre-baked. Top with a little butter and then bake until the stuffing is brown on top. Good stuff!
