I have to agree with Musicmanryann, if there was one hot sauce I could just not do without, it's Sriracha. That chit can make dirt taste good.

No such thing as a favorite hot sauce in my book because different hot sauces do better in different applications. For example, I would never use a vinegar based hot sauce on tacos. There are some great hot sauces out there including:

Tri-pepper
Tabasco Habanero
Tapatio
Pitbull

Marie Sharp's for me too. I like the Fiery Hot flavor. Really good balance of habanero heat, and rounded out flavors from carrot, onion, garlic. Enough vinegar to let you know it's there, but not overwhelming.

Luckily, I have a distributor of Marie Sharp's about 20 minutes from my office, so I can buy it by the case at wholesale.
