I have to agree with Musicmanryann, if there was one hot sauce I could just not do without, it's Sriracha. That chit can make dirt taste good.

No such thing as a favorite hot sauce in my book because different hot sauces do better in different applications. For example, I would never use a vinegar based hot sauce on tacos. There are some great hot sauces out there including:
