Default Cinammon Pork Tenderloin box

Thisn was my entry yesterday in the Glen Ellyn Backyard BBQ 2011 competiton. I placed 2nd last year with a Peachy Pork Tenderloin and took 23 out of 33 this year. I will post my rib box prety soon.

Don't know what the taste and tenderness was, but for appearance I would definitely give it a 8-9 (can't say 9 for sure without seeing it in person, but it looks pretty good to me!).

That is really good to hear. My ratings went from 9.5's to 8's down to 7's. I tried it at home also with walnuts but I couldn't even taste the cinammon it overpowered it so much
