Default Chips VS. Chunks

BTCG was kind enough to send me a care package. In it, was a bag of peach chips. I normally cook with chunks, not chips. What's the best way to use said chips? Should I make a foil pouch? Should I just put some in the briquets? I don't want to waste any, and I want to get the most out of this.

Thanks Bill!!

For chips, I'd go with a foil bomb. That will keep em from igniting right away and just burning up. The foil method will give you more smoke.

x2 Let us know how you use the peach wood. I've never used peach before.

OK, I put some chips in a foil pouch. It wouldn't wrap all around the top, so I'm not gonna poke any holes in it. I've got a 9 X 13 pan with fire brick standing for a divider. I'll do a Minion Method in my OTG, with the pouch in the middle of the pile. I'm starting the pile at one end, as opposed to the middle. Gonna use 8-10 lit briquets.

Enjoy bro!

Interesting thing about the peach chips, I bought em from another Brethren: 5-0 BBQ. If anyone wants to order any, that's where to get em.

Be careful of the Ghost powder bro. It doesn't get any hotter than that stuff.
