Default Labor Day Wings, Butt & Ribs...

Had a bit of a MeatFest on Labor Day, I hope you all enjoyed yours as well

Each Kettle had a family pack of wings on it..

A really nice 3 lb Butt was on the Sm BGE

And 2 racks of spares on one of the Lg BGE's (1 John Henry Pecan/1 SM Sweet & Spicy)

Very interesting how they cooked differently. You would almost think the one on the right was on for an hour or more longer.

I noticed that too. One has like 1 1/2 '' worth of extension, while the other you barely can see the bone.
