Default The Rub Co. Prime Rib!!!

I didn't plan on taking pictures to post but it turned out so good, I had to share. Here are a few I took with my ipone. Prime rib rubbed with The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style and Original Rub. Cooked at 375* until 130*. Let rest and devoured.

Weird. It looks incredible, but it tasted like dust.

I think it's time to clean my screen.

Beautiful center! What did it climb to while resting? Looks like it hit 140 or more.

Just wondered. I usually cook mine at 300~325 to 128 and they nail 135 on the rise. Still, that's one beautiful prime rib and I'm drooling for a slice right now!
