Do any of you guys have experience cooking breast of lamb? It looks like lamb brisket (much smaller than beef brisket) and it is kind of fatty. Two ideas come to mind....
Cure it and make lamb bacon Rub it and do it like brisket, but with an orange marmalade based BBQ sauce. Someone educate me!
