Has anyone in Illinois used Lumberjax for smoking wood? They are in Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills and Woodstock. Their website says they supply to restaurants.
I emailed them and they said that 50# bags of Cherry cut in 16" pieces was $15 and 50# bags cut in 4" pieces was $20. Just curious if anyone has ever bought wood from them and if so their thoughts? Seems like this is a better deal that me buying 10# bags from HD for 7 or 8 bucks a pop.
