Default Bacon wrapped Tater Tots

Thats right, tater tots.

I am doing this tomorrow, so I will post pics then.

You take THAWED tater tots, add a piece of cheddar cheese, give a splash of Tabasco(or Crystal), wrap with a piece of bacon, secure with a tooth pick, cook indirect at about 400 or so, and cook until crispy.

I will also do some with jalepeno.

Love those things! Your plan sounds good. I do mine indirect at 450f for 18-20 minutes.

They also work good using the Ore-Ida "Crispy Crowns" instead of the full sized tots. Just use 1/3rd pieces of bacon

Well I've had some tots sitting in my freezer staring at me for a while. Thanks for the inspiration (and the ensuing coronary)!
