Default Thankyou Brethren

Well i have to say thanks cuz for you i built my UDS. Since its constuction 2.5 months ago i have cook several butt 12 slabs of ribs two brisket and 6lb of chicken wings all of which were just ridiculous!!!!! I can honestly say that ribs are the easiest thing to cook on this thing it so efficient and holds temp so well i can literally throw them and come back 4.5 hrs later and walla the perfect dinner. If you have one you know what i mean if you dont GET ONE.
