Default Rain Spoiled my Chicken Cook - Oven Pr0n

I bought a roaster over the weekend in the hopes of cooking it Sunday or Monday. I wasn't able to cook it in either of those days and today it's been raining pretty steady. So, I had to resort to the kitchen oven because I didn't want to keep the chicken in the fridge any longer.

I made a wet rub using 50/50 butter/EVOO, some sage, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and 3Eyz rub. Rubbed it under the skin, on top of the skin and underneath. For the chicken breast implants, I put two lemon halves under the skin. Cooked it for about 1hour 45 minutes at 325F in the oven.

While it would be much better with a little smoke, it was actually pretty moist, tender and full of flavor.
