I am new to this forum. I'm from Fort Smith, Arkansas. I was just given a Bandera smoker/grill that I refurbished. I am looking forward to getting recipes to try and learning techniques for smoking all kinds of meats. The Bandera 101 document from this forum has already been useful to me as I was fixing up the smoker. Thanks!
