Default Insurance

For those vendors/caterers who are legit (i know you all are ) what insurance do you carry and about how much do you pay annually. My guy told me $1000 for a $1million policy. Seems to be hefty to me. So my non-BBQ costs look like this:

HD Lisc $300
Insurance $1,000
State LLC fee's $100
Kitchen Rental upfront $100 +$10/hour

what am i missing

City/town/county business license? In many locals business license fees are based on projected gross revenue.

I pay $1000 for million but it also includes full coverage on my truck which was $675 before I put it to the business so I really pay $325 I guess.
