For those vendors/caterers who are legit (i know you all are 
) what insurance do you carry and about how much do you pay annually. My guy told me $1000 for a $1million policy. Seems to be hefty to me. So my non-BBQ costs look like this:

State LLC fee's $100
Kitchen Rental upfront $100 +$10/hour
