I hope this isn't considered a "hi-jack", but a few months ago my wife and I were on vacation and ate at "Big Gun Burger Shop" in Charleston, SC. We had a burger that had (along with the burger): fried green tomatoes, pimiento cheese spread, and chow-chow. It may sound weird, but it was unbelievably tasty!

That is a tasty burger!

They have some weird concoctions but they work together very well.

There's lots of good eats in Charleston! Sorry for the hijack.

Very nice recipe man! The only suggestion I can make with it is to add some of Oakridge's venison rub to the burger when you are mixing it and forming the patties. It made the most magnificent flavored meatloaf I have ever eaten in my life and now it makes the most awesome burgers too.
