Default You know when your a bbq/smoker fanatic when.....

The neighbors see smoke coming from your backyard and come over with plates instead of calling the fire dept.

Same thing here seems the neighbors smell it and always come up with a reason to stop over about the time it is finished, thats why i always cook extra...

I am worried about the fire dept today. I have my Egg, UDS and Performer all cranked up for different things. Thinking about a nice fire in the fire pit tonight!!!??
