Default Full size steam table pans....

How much pulled pork can one hold? How many lbs or butts... either way?

I was thinking it was like (3) 8 lbs (or so) buts. Does that sound right?

Thanks!

A 4" full pan will hold about 10 lbs if its semi compressed.
