Default Bigger Smoker for catering?

So right now we compete with Green Eggs. We are plannig to start catering in the spring and really don't plan to use 5 BGE's to do this! I was thinking of this

For the price and capacity you can't beat the Lang 85 Delux w/chargriller widebody.
