We already have chicken salad and chili verde w/ pulled pork.

Infinite BBQ Pleasure:


18 pieces of chicken, preferably thighs
4 to 6 slabs of ribs, any style
approximately 8 pounds of cooked pork butt, pulled
approximately 5 pounds of cooked brisket, sliced


Cook all meat per your normal recipes in a hot smoker. While setting up, hang a banner for a sponsor business at your site. When meat is done, remove portions suitable only for judges and place remaining meat in foil pans, cover and place in cambro or carlisle. Deliver to sponsor company while still hot or, if preferred, refrigerate and deliver at a later time, along with their banner. Collect check from sponsor to enable you to repeat the process again the following week, using the same or additional sponsors as desired.

Recipe level: Moderate

Prep Time: Sometimes in excess of 40 hours

Serves: As many people as are on your team
