Default Any recommendations on "How to open a restaurant" books?

I have been a weekend warrior BBQ caterer/vendor for a little more than a year now, and I have some pretty good momentum... It sprung out of my competition wins, and now that I have been downsized from my day job, I think I am ready to go for a permanent location and start making this BBQ pay the bills... But of course I want to do it right, so I am getting into business plan mode and I need some advice on good books on opening and running restaurants... Can you guys and gals help me out a bit?

Yes it is, but hopefully with the right planning and hard work, the good Q will keep people coming. People got to eat. I don't know how it is where you guys live, but around here people eat out a lot, tough economic times or not.
