Default Chili Cheese Fatty

First I made the sausage base. 1lb of JD sage and 1/2lb of JD regular

Second I added a layer of chili

Third I added a layer of chopped red onions

Next a layer of Cheddar cheese

Then I attempted to roll and added some plowboys yardbird (also pictured is a bacon explosion for tomorrow)

Then into the smoker with some hickory for about 2hrs@ 250

Then taken off the smoker

I added too much filling

It tasted awesome!

I'm glad it tasted awesome. Too much filling makes for an oozy fattie with appearance that we can't discuss...

That does look tasty from here... It doesn't have to be 'pretty' to be 'pretty awesome' :)
