Today I have for my parents pasta with spinach sauce and meatballs in tomato sauce..
And I've experimented with a Utrecht sausage " Vocking sausage" I had a slice smeared with mustard. Vocking sausage is a real Utrechtse sausage and is made from pork liver, beef liver and spices. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and now the sausage Vocking ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Oh my. That spinach pasta with meatballs is to die for. I'd love to try the leverworst grilled too.

Very nice!
I'm wondering if the sausage you cooked up resembled Braunschweiger, which is a smoked liver sausage, or if that sausage is something different in the liver sausage category.Looks mighty good all around though! ![]()
