Baby Back Rib Burgers - interesting twist!
I get my ribs from Costco and IMO they have a bit too much excess loin meat. So I like to trim them back quite a bit so they cook more evenly.
With all the leftover trimmings I added some BBQ dry rub and formed a burger patty. Then put it on a burger bun and topped it with BBQ sauce. Really good!
