Default UDS wings and beef ribs

Here are a couple of shots from tonight's cook. I went to Costco to pick up some 18" pizza pans (with and without holes) to use as diffusers for my new UDS and decided to get some beef ribs and frozen chicken wings while I was there. I placed the solid pizza pan midway up the drum.
Overall I was pretty happy with the way things turned out.
The ribs cooked for 4.5 hours and the wings, 2 hours, at 240F.

Thanks!
