With Dijon mustard, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder, and sprinkled with light brown sugar.

Looks good to me! Did you like it? I did some salmon for the first time a few weeks ago using Wampus' method and it was fanfarkingtastic.

Yes, I have developed a taste for Salmon over the past few years. Thing is no matter what you do with it.
As long as you season well so that it compliments the fish. And not cover up it's character completely, it will be delicious.
