Default Just some biscuits and gravy

I've not cooked a lot this last month.
sort of hurt my arm and have been trying to do things without hurting the other one. lol

So I'm posting an easy breakfast..

I oil a pie tin, fill with biscuits and top with another oiled tin, then wrap them in foil..

I keep the biscuits on the low heat side of the fire while I brown some sausage..

after the sausage browns I add flour and seasonings..

I add milk to the gravy and scramble some eggs

whew.... that took awhile for me to post. lol

Thanks for looking!!

Looks great. My in-laws were just in town last weekend and they make a mean sausage bicuit and gravey. They are from Georgia and its one of the staples on the menu whenever they come up. (actually, its a condition to them coming up )
