What a Combo T-Bone and Tri-Tip... SOOOO Good!!!! PrOn
This is the follow up to another thread earlier..... I salt cured my steaks for about an hour rinsed then grilled.... had the tri tip pulled at 125 and tented It was really, really tasty and the difference in the meat flavor from different cuts of beef was very apparent with the T-bone vs the Tri Tip... thanks for looking... comments welcome!!!

Did you find that you prefer one over the other? I am very partial to sirloin/tri-tip/chuck/london broil
Yes they may be the lesser cuts but man, they bring so much flavor to the party. |

well I prefer both, I did a side by side comparison tonite and the flavor of the two could not be different... but they are both wonderful, I thought I would come to this conclusion that they are both great and very different.. I am not sure I can pick a clear cut winner!!
