Default Poker Night ! Pig bombs or Fatties

I Cant decide on pig bombs or a couple of fatties. I would like to hear from you guys on your best recipes for both.. Also loaded the crock pot with thawed out pulled pork to go with it.
By the way I will be smoking these on my recent c/l find a Bandera style vertical offset.
Im feeding the guys pork and taking their money..........

I've only done the pig bombs once.
You slice skinless link sausage into 1" slicks wrap with 1/2 pc of bacon so that you leave a little cup shape in top. Then stuff with cream cheese.
They were good but in order to get the bacon done the sausage over cooked .

Pig Bombs = Pig Shots

A bacon stuffed, bacon wrapped fatty is always good for the fellas.

Also a big hit is Moink Balls. <--I prefer to do these since they are really simple and quick to put togther.

Fatties are good but I think the pig shots take it to the next level.

what i do is precook the bacon half way . works for me
