Default Daughters Grad Party Que (QPRON)

This past Saturday, we had a party to celebrate our daughter's Graduation from the Dental Assistant Program at ATI in Plano, Texas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude!! We weren't aware of that until the graduation on Friday evening!! I (we're) SO Proud of her!!

We had quite the bash on Saturday with 5 racks of ribs, two Briskets, 2 dozen ABT halves, 2 Fatties, 20 lbs. of Shrimp, and 25 lbs. of fried Catfish, along with salads and such that were brought by others.

About 40 people came by to join in the celebration and we STILL have a TON of food left. We also had a cake made by a guy I work with and it was AWESOME!!!

Pics are better than words. I didn't get all the pics I wanted as I was very busy, but a few notes:

Fatties were Sauted Red Onions, fresh Spinach, fresh Basil and Feta Cheese, wrapped in a Bacon Weave (Of Course). I did 1/2 of the Shrimp in Jerk Seasoning and the other in EVOO/Garlic/Dijon/Balsamic Vinegar/CBP. The ribs and Fatties were done on my (F)UDS and the Shrimp and ABTs on the Weber (not enough room on the UDS for the ABTs.... )

The Catfish and Briskets were done by my neighbor. sorry, no pics of that.....
